  1. I can't find anywhere to upload my receipts on your website.

    Receipts can only be reported through the JustTheBill mobile application or via email. Click here to download the application for your Blackberry.

  2. What are the requirements to use JustTheBill?

    Well. You'll need a computer, but if you are reading this you probably already have one. To submit receipts you will also need a Blackberry mobile phone running OS Version 4.2.1 or higher.

  3. What accounting software is supported by JTB?

    JustTheBill exports your data in .CSV format. That means you can import it into a huge range of accounting software, from Microsoft Excel to Simply Accounting. Currently, you need to use software like Zed Axis in order to work with Quickbooks. We are working on something a little more direct and it should be available soon.

  4. What is the difference between a "Controller" account and an "Administrator"?

    Administrators can add and remove Controllers, but Controllers cannot add or remove Administrators. Both account types can add new 'Contributor' users and view the full range of reports.

  5. When will this be available for my iPhone/Nokia Communicator/Palm Pre/Telegraph?

    It is! JustTheBill accepts receipts via email. If your phone can send a photo in an email, you can submit receipts to JustTheBill. Just go to your Account page to find your secret email address.

  6. The JustTheBill Blackberry app crashed on me. What should I do?

    JustTheBill is beta software. That means it won't work perfectly all the time. You can help us make this software better by submitting a diagnostic report.

  7. I downloaded the Blackberry App, but now I can't find it.

    The odds are it is in your Download folder. The App might be at the bottom of your Download list, or maybe you just looked right past the icon.
